I don’t want to make any “official” statement yet (I’m going to wait until I get a shipping confirmation on the new computer), but if all goes as planned, regular comic updates should resume on December 31st. Not a guarantee, but that’s what I’m hoping for!
Until then, there’ll be more sketches (and maybe something cooler!) in the meantime. Thanks for checking in!
I’m glad you’re not like some other webcomics who just keep the last page up and don’t use fillers.
p.s: Is Lordon waiting for all those letters that are not only addressed to him, but also to Santa?
Well, I’ve missed a few. It’s been a busy time of year even without having to deal with my computer woes. But I’m trying to update with something, even if it’s unfinished.
Just a thought- perhaps Lordon won’t be getting as many letters now, what with his dog to drive the mailmen away? Also, would Santa Claus qualify as a potential Hereafter citizen? The semi-conflict between “his” part of Christmas (presents, reindeer, etc.) and Jesus’s part (religious celebration) would be interesting…
(That double-sidedness of Christmas confused four/five-year-old me, and left me thinking that Santa was supposed to be Jesus’s son or something. Just thought I would share that.)
I’ve been meaning to post something for a while, after having read and re-read your comic about 8 times, but never found a good enough excuse- until now… Huh. December 31st, you say? That’s my birthday
How perfect is that? Assuming it all works out, of course- don’t feel pressured to get it done on my account. It’s your holiday too, O Troll King of Religion.
That’s a lot of re-reads! What can I say, I’m honoured you’ve spent the time reading my little comic. Thanks so much for reading and commenting, it means a lot!
So long as I get the computer set up by December 30th, I don’t think I’ll miss that deadline. But I’ll be sure to update as soon as I’m sure! But fingers crossed it’s on time for your birthday.
